Thank you for purchasing Dragon Wings from Agniflower, operated by Individual Entrepreneur OLYA NOA RODOV.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted for Dragon Wings, a digital course delivered through Kajabi.
Digital Course Access
Dragon Wings is a digital product. After successful payment, access instructions are sent by email and the course is delivered online through Kajabi.
Because digital course content can be accessed shortly after purchase, refunds are handled according to the terms below.
Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after 14 days are generally not eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- The course is not delivered due to an error on our end
- You are unable to access the course because of a technical issue caused by our platform or delivery setup, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
- You submit a valid refund request within 14 days of purchase
- You have not substantially accessed, consumed, copied, downloaded, recorded, or used the course content
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted if:
- You request a refund after the 14-day refund period
- You change your mind after course access has been delivered and a substantial portion of the course has been accessed
- You fail to use the course after receiving access
- The access issue is caused by your device, internet connection, browser, email settings, or third-party software outside our control
- You breach our Terms and Conditions
- You share your login, redistribute content, copy content, screen-record content, or otherwise misuse the course
- There is evidence of repeated refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent activity

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us at lola@agniflower.com with details of the issue.
We may ask you to provide screenshots, browser/device information, error messages, or other details so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email lola@agniflower.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address used for purchase
- Order ID, receipt, or transaction reference
- Purchase date
- A clear explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request
We will review your request and aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method through Dodo Payments or our authorized payment processor.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days, but the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, card network, or local payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of course access and may affect your eligibility for future purchases.
